When you already have the numbers and just need the calls made

Bulk calling is deliberately not part of the campaign machinery. It is a CSV, a script, and a job that runs — no sequence, no per-lead personalisation, no lead records to create first. Different problem, different tool, different price.

Why it is separate

A campaign is about a relationship over time: several steps, several channels, state per lead. A bulk call job is about volume at one moment. Folding the second into the first would make both worse — the campaign builder would grow options nobody running a campaign needs, and the bulk job would inherit machinery it has no use for.

It is also billed separately, which keeps the accounting honest: a month with one big calling push does not muddle the cost of your ongoing outreach.

What a job is

  • A CSV of contacts. Rows are validated on upload, so you see how many are actually callable before anything runs.
  • A script the agent works from.
  • A voice configuration — language, gender, speed, and the same limits that apply to campaign calls.
  • Optionally a scheduled start time.

Jobs move through draft, then running, then complete — with the raw contact list kept alongside, so a job is inspectable after the fact rather than a number in a summary.

Watching it run

Progress is tracked per contact as the job executes, along with total duration and total cost as they accrue. That last one matters: minute billing on a large list is the easiest place in the product to spend more than you meant to, so the number is visible while it is happening rather than at the end.

Cost

Bulk calling pricing
Bulk callPer minute, standalone job₹8
AI voice call in a campaignPer minute₹10

Both are billed by the minute of connected call. Price a month.

What it does not do

  • It does not personalise per contact. One script, one list — that is the trade.
  • It does not create lead records, or feed the lead score. Campaign calls do.
  • It does not check your list against anything. Consent, accuracy and calling hours are yours.
  • It does not run a sequence. There is no follow-up step; a bulk job is one pass.

Questions

Why is bulk calling cheaper than a campaign call?
₹8 a minute rather than ₹10, because the work is simpler: one script, one list, no per-lead personalisation and no sequence state to maintain. The discount is the volume, not a different quality of call.
Do the contacts have to be leads in my workspace?
No. A bulk job takes a CSV directly, which is the whole point of it — you already have the numbers from somewhere else, and turning them into lead records first would be work for its own sake.
Can I schedule a job for later?
Yes, and you generally should. Calling hours are regulated in India, and a job scheduled for a sensible morning is both more effective and less likely to cause a problem than one started whenever you finished the CSV.
